No problems! Simply order your GYM BOD for the week, and we will deliver direct to your door. We deliver on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, and occasionally on Saturday mornings
Within 24 hours of receiving your order, we will send you a text message to confirm your delivery day and time-slot (generally a 1 hour window) to ensure someone will be home to accept the delivery. We will try our best to accommodate your schedule.
