What you need to make our High Protein Ice Cream Mix:
1. Ninja Creami / Ice Cream Machine
2. Our Mix!
3. Water
Steps to Make:
1. Add 250ml of water and 1 cup of GYM BOD Ice Cream Mix Powder into your ice cream machine container, whisk until dissolved.
2. Freeze the container overnight.
3. Take the container out of the freezer and let it thaw for a few minutes before blitzing it on the lite ice cream setting.

Why are you called GYM BOD?
The 'BOD' in GYM BOD stands for better option desserts! We started out as a protein soft serve business in Sydney when we couldn't find an indulgent better option ice cream available on the market. Fast forward to today, we've over a million tubs in Australia and have our own ice cream factory in QLD!
Do your products taste Proteiny?
If you've ever tasted our frozen desserts then you'll know we prioritise taste as well as having a good nutritional panel.
We worked really hard to ensure there is no protein taste and that these are products we genuinely eat daily.

Why choose GYM BOD?
We first launched GYM BOD because we couldn’t find a dessert that was low in calories, low in sugar, and high in protein while still tasting indulgent and delicious. What started as serving Protein Soft Serve out of a food truck has grown into launching Protein Frozen Desserts and selling millions through Coles Supermarkets and other retailers. Now we're expanding into other formats so more people can incorporate better option desserts into their routine.
