We first launched GYM BOD because we couldn’t find a dessert that was low in calories, low in sugar, and high in protein while still tasting indulgent and delicious. What started as serving Protein Soft Serve out of a food truck has grown into launching Protein Frozen Desserts and selling millions through Coles Supermarkets and other retailers. Why are you called GYM BOD?
The 'BOD' in GYM BOD stands for better option desserts! We started out as a protein soft serve business in Sydney when we couldn't find an indulgent better option ice cream available on the market. Fast forward to today, we've over a million tubs in Australia and have our own ice cream factory in QLD!
How do i make the desserts?
All the instructions are on back of pack with easy steps to follow!
Our Protein Mug Cakes can be made up in less than 2 minutes using a microwave.
Our Protein Brownies are a 'just add water' mix that you can either put in the oven or the air-fryer!
Our Protein Powders can simply be made up as a shake using water or milk OR can be added to your own better option dessert creations.
All our products can be made up with water! Use your choice of milk for added creaminess!
