What even is GYM BOD?
GYM BOD has been around for over 7 years and is owned by boyfriend & girlfriend duo - Cian & Courtney.
The 'BOD' in GYM BOD stands for better option desserts! We started out as a protein soft serve business in Sydney when we couldn't find an indulgent better option ice cream available on the market. Fast forward to today, we've sold over 3 million tubs in Australia and have our own ice cream factory in QLD!
How do i make the Protein Brownies?
When developing our Protein Brownie Mix we wanted to create something that was super easy to make.
No extra ingredients needed, simply the mix and water + an oven or airfryer!
Simply pour the mix into bowl, add 120ml of water, mix with a spatula until mix is smooth and then pour into a lined or non-stick baking tray and use the oven or air fryer to cook!

Are your products Gluten Free?
Yes! All of our online products are Gluten Free! This includes our Protein Mug Cakes, Protein Brownies & Protein Powders.
